Private, in-home respiratory therapy for patients, families, and physicians across the Los Angeles area โ expert clinical care without the waiting room.
How It Works
Fill out a brief form for patients or physicians. We'll follow up within one business day to learn about your needs and schedule your first visit.
A licensed RCP comes to you. We review your history, assess equipment, monitor vitals, and build a personalized care plan โ all in your own space.
Whether one session or a multi-visit package, we provide consistent expert support that complements your physician's care and grows with your needs.
Our Services
All services are private-pay and delivered to your home. Pricing reflects the clinical expertise, time, and personalized attention each visit requires.
A thorough clinical intake that establishes your respiratory baseline, reviews your equipment, and builds a personalized support plan aligned with your physician's guidance.
Focused care for clients transitioning home after hospitalization for COPD, pneumonia, COVID, or respiratory illness โ helping you recover safely and comfortably.
For clients struggling with discomfort, mask fit, or consistency. We help you feel confident using your therapy โ without the frustration or guesswork.
Ongoing in-home support for individuals living with COPD, asthma, pulmonary fibrosis, or bronchiectasis โ focused on day-to-day management and long-term confidence.
About SHIFT
SHIFT was founded on a simple belief: people with respiratory conditions deserve expert care that meets them where they are โ at home, on their terms, without the impersonality of a clinical setting.
Every visit is conducted by a licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner with extensive experience across acute, post-acute, and home-based settings. That clinical depth is paired with the patience only possible when you're not rushing to the next appointment.
SHIFT is not a home health agency. It is a private, concierge practice built for clients who want more time, more expertise, and more personal attention than the traditional system provides.
Who We Serve
For individuals managing chronic lung conditions, recovering from illness, or struggling with respiratory equipment โ and the families supporting them.
Caring for a loved one with respiratory needs can feel overwhelming. We educate and empower caregivers with hands-on guidance so they feel confident and less alone.
SHIFT serves as a trusted extension of your practice โ providing in-home respiratory support, patient education, and clinical follow-through between visits.
What Clients Say
Having someone come to the house who actually knew what they were talking about โ and had time to explain everything โ was unlike anything we'd experienced in the healthcare system.
My CPAP had been sitting in the closet for two years. One visit and I actually understand how to use it. I sleep through the night now.
I refer patients to SHIFT because I know they'll receive the kind of attentive, expert respiratory care I simply can't provide between office visits.
